Your Documents
You should receive your documents approximately 10 days before you depart. Most important when you receive your itinerary please look it over and make sure it is correct. When you receive your documents please review and if not to your satisfaction let us know immediately!
Names are released by the tour operators to the hotel, condos, or airlines not more than 30 days prior to departure, if you try to reconfirm before that time they will not have your name yet, don't be alarmed you do have a room and an air ticket.
Seat assignments can not be done until reservations are paid in full.

Air Reservations
Flight times are tentative and subject to change, please reconfirm all flights 24 hours prior to departure, remember to call on your return flight also. You may want to be late leaving Hawaii but not going to Hawaii.

Check-in
We recommend that you check in Two And a Half hours (2 1/2) hours before departure. Please check your baggage through to your final destination of the day.
Look at the air tag to make sure it is to your destination.
Do to increase security photo I.D. could be required at check-in.

Baggage
Two pieces per person may be checked. Maxim weight of 70lb each.
Carry on is one piece, which must fit under the seat in front of you.
The dimensions are a total of 45 inches. Add together the - height - width - depth. These measurements added together cannot total over 45 inches.

Flights
Flight time is approximately 5 hours (depending on weather). Your itinerary reflects the time difference. The airline will serve a meal, coffee and soft drinks. Long walks are not recommended.

Honolulu Arrival
If you have purchased a lei-greeting and transfer, please look for the company that will be presenting the greeting and or the transfer, they should be presenting a sign in the arrival area. This will be on your itinerary.

Neighbor Island Connection
You can catch the "WIKI-WIKI" shuttle free of charge outside the main terminal. Take this to the appropriate inter-island terminal.
If you have time you may want to walk. It would be like walking 3 to 4 city blocks depending where you came in at. It will be to the left, just keep walking left.

Car Rental
Your car voucher covers base rental rate and Hawaii sales tax, your voucher does not include $3.50 per day state of Hawaii surcharge. The driver must be 18 years of age with a valid driver's license. Please check to see that it will not elapse will you are away. Driver must carry a major credit car in his/her own name. There is a $20.00 a day surcharge for drivers under 25 years of age. There is a chance that they might check your driving record. Any one with 2 or more moving violations may want to check with us before you leave to see if this would be a problem. Cars may not be used for camping. All drivers are personally responsible for damage to the rental car up to the full value of the vehicle. The rental firms also may charge $3.00 or more per day for additional drivers.

Hotel/Condominium
When your hotel or condo is prepaid it will be including tax. Present your voucher at the front desk upon check-in. Normal check-in is 3:00 PM although earlier check-in is sometimes available. Upon check-out your will be able to pay your incidental charges such a phone calls, etc.

Leaving the Islands
We recommend that you return your rental car about one and a half (1.5)to two (2) hours before your flight departs. Prior to check-in, all baggage will go thorough agricultural inspection. Baggage should then be checked through to your final destination of the day.
Remember to reconfirm your flight 24 hours prior to departure.
Hawaii is a multi cultural state
You will find a variety of languages. Many tourists speak no English and do not understand our customs. It is not their intent to be rude.

Remember, this is your vacation, not everything will go perfect. If you want everything to be perfect don't go. If you can relax and enjoy what comes your way and do some things you don't normally do, you will have a great time and some thing you will remember and cherish for the rest of your life. Travel does that to people.
